Regarding emails inquiring about order status updates: Please note that we respond to emails pertaining to order status inquiries within 2 business days. Please allow our team 2 full business days to be in touch with any order status update inquiry emails. Current standard turnaround times are 6-8 weeks *approximately* from the date of order to the date of completion/shipping, which is shown in the shipping information on each product.
We strongly advise that you order a swatch of the fabric you’d like before purchasing, if precise matching is preferred. Slight variations in color may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges may only be requested within 3 days of delivery. Please see our return and exchange policy.
Cancellation / Changes to orders
Cancellations may only be requested within 1 hour of purchase.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages.
All crib bedding pieces are made to fit standard size cribs, measuring approximately 28” x 52”. All crib bedding pieces are made to fit a standard size crib mattress.
A few notes about shipping
Every order is completely handmade. All orders have different shipping times, and the estimated shipping date is shown on each product. Please make sure the shipping address you provide us with is correct.
We ship M-F so you can expect your orders to typically arrive within 2-5 days once shipped. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS Ground, depending on your location.
We recommend washing our bedding pieces separately from other laundry, on the delicate cycle, with cold water and tumbling dry on low.
Please contact us for wholesale availability and/or private label for any of our pieces. All of our designs are original and copyrighted.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We are happy to offer a simple gift wrap or add a personalized note if your order is a gift. Leave us a note with what you’d prefer your gift note to say.
I'm local, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we currently do not have a storefront and are unable to allow for local pickup. Our apologies.
The item I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?
We use Instagram often to announce new products and restocks of our favorite products. If you follow us there, @highcottontextile, you will be 'in the know'.
When will you be having a sale?
We do a very limited number of sales throughout the year. If you join our mailing list, you'll enjoy secret sales and the perks of being the first to know about new releases and all sorts of other good stuff.
