Ordering
Because every piece is handmade to order in our Alabama studio, production times vary by item:
- Crib bows — typically ship within 3 business days
- Crib skirts, rail covers, and all other bedding pieces — 3–10 business days
- Fabric swatches — usually ship within 1 business day
The estimated ship date for each item is shown on the product page. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 days.
Absolutely! We love working with customers on custom color requests. Simply leave a note in the Order Notes section at checkout describing the color or changes you'd like.
Please visit our Customizations page to learn more about what's possible. Keep in mind that custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations may only be requested within 1 hour of purchase, as production begins quickly. There is a 25% cancellation fee for eligible cancellations.
We are unable to make pricing adjustments or apply promo codes after an order has been placed. All promo codes and store credit must be applied at checkout.
Fabric swatches and fabric by the yard are final sale and cannot be cancelled.

Yes! We're happy to include simple gift wrapping or a personalized note with your order. Just leave us a note at checkout letting us know what you'd like the gift note to say.
We offer a limited number of sales throughout the year. The best way to stay in the know is to join our VIP mailing list — you'll be the first to hear about new releases, exclusive offers, and secret sales.
All promo codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. We ship Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS Ground depending on your location. Once your order ships, most domestic packages arrive within 2–5 business days.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to make address changes once an order is in production.
Yes, we do ship internationally! International shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and will be shown once you enter your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please check with your local post office or carrier first. Refunds are not issued for lost packages.
Unfortunately we do not have a public storefront and are unable to accommodate local pickup at this time. All orders ship directly to you.
Products & Fabrics
All of our pieces are made from 100% washed cotton in a medium weight — substantial enough to hold beautiful structure, but not heavy or stiff. We carefully select fabrics that are soft, breathable, and made to last.

Yes, and we strongly encourage it! If you want to verify color or texture before committing to a full piece, ordering a swatch is the best way to ensure you're happy with your selection. Slight color variations can occur due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of our products.
Fabric swatches are available in our Swatches collection and typically ship within one business day. Please note that swatches are final sale.
All of our crib bedding pieces are made to fit standard size cribs, which measure approximately 28" × 52". If you have a non-standard or mini crib, please reach out before ordering and we can discuss custom sizing options.
We announce new products and restocks regularly on Instagram at @highcottontextile. Following us there is the best way to stay in the loop. You can also join our VIP mailing list to be notified first.
Care Instructions
To keep your pieces looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend:
- Wash separately from other laundry
- Delicate cycle with cold water
- Tumble dry on low
Avoid high heat, harsh detergents, and bleach, as these can affect the fabric and any embellishments over time.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 3 days of your marked delivery date, and items must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery. There is a 25% restocking fee on all eligible returns and exchanges.
Custom orders, personalized or monogrammed items, gift cards, and fabric products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes, on a very limited basis. We do offer wholesale and private label opportunities for select retailers. All of our designs are original and copyrighted.
