A crib rail cover is the piece that does the most work in a nursery and gets the least credit. This pine green gingham crib rail cover slips over the long front rail of a standard crib, protecting the wood from a teething baby while adding a soft, ruffled edge of small green check to the whole room. It reads Christmas in December, farmhouse in July, and it's a bumper-free way to give a bare crib something to look at. Buy it on its own or add the matching farmhouse crib skirt and bows later — everything is cut from the same bolt.

Every piece is sewn to order in our Alabama studio, so nearly every detail can be changed.

Color changes — swap any color on any product: ruffles, cording, accents, bows, ties, or the body of the piece itself. Mix and match across a set however you like. Most color changes are free of charge.

Monograms and personalization — add initials, a name, or a meaningful date, with your choice of font and thread color. $30 per piece.

Style and sizing — prefer a tailored look without ruffles? Need mini crib sizing? Both are available on request.

How to order: add your pieces to the cart, then leave your requests in the notes field at checkout. Forgot? Email customercare@highcottontextile.com with your order number before we begin sewing.

Not sure about a color? We always recommend ordering swatches first.

Every piece is made from 100% cotton sourced from American mills — no synthetic blends, no flame-retardant treatments, no chemical finishes.

Pre-washed before we cut. Every yard is washed and dried in our studio before a single piece is cut, so your bedding arrives already soft and won't shrink on you at home. That relaxed, lived-in texture is the washed cotton at work — and it irons or steams to a crisp finish if you prefer that look.

Washing — machine wash cold on gentle, separately. Skip bleach and fabric softener; both break down natural cotton over time.

Drying — tumble dry on medium, separately. A quick toss in the dryer is the easiest way to release wrinkles between uses.

Ironing — optional, on medium heat. Avoid starch sprays. A handheld steamer works well too.
