Not every nursery wants a ruffle. Our tailored crib rail covers cover the same top rail with a clean finished edge — some with a corded seam, some with no trim at all — so the fabric and the crib do the talking. Each one is cut and sewn by hand in our Alabama studio from 100% washed cotton, softly filled with quilt batting, and finished with fabric ties. Rail covers vs. crib bumpers: they are not the same thing. Padded bumpers lined the inside of the crib and are no longer recommended. A rail cover rests on the outside, over the top rail, where your baby chews — it does not go inside the crib, and does not cover the sides, slats or ends.
