Free Shipping on Every Order

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. We ship by whichever carrier, USPS, UPS or FedEx, makes the most sense for your address.

Made to Order, Then Shipped

Every piece is cut and sewn by hand in our Alabama studio after you order. Nothing sits on a shelf, so your delivery time is production time plus time in transit.

Production: most orders ship within 3–10 business days. Crib bows usually ship the next business day.
Your ship-by date: every product page shows the date that item will ship if you order today. It updates daily.
Transit: once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–6 business days.

Need It by a Certain Date?

Planning around a due date, a baby shower or a holiday? Email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it. We can also quote UPS or FedEx 2-day or overnight shipping by request. Faster shipping is not offered at checkout.

Christmas Orders

Order early for Christmas. The ship-by date on each product page is your best guide, and the earlier you order, the more breathing room there is before December.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Protection

If you add Route package protection at checkout, claims for lost, damaged or stolen packages are filed directly with Route. Route protection is a third-party service and is not refundable once a package has been delivered.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If something needs fixing, email us right away and we'll update it as long as your order hasn't shipped.
