Red & White Folk Deer Ruffled Crib Rail Cover, Farmhouse Skirt & 2 Bows Set

A snowy folk forest of deer in cranberry red — our most unapologetically Christmas print, cut and sewn by hand in our Alabama studio.

The print is a Scandinavian-style folk scene: stags and does standing among stylized trees, flowers and little rabbits, drawn in white on a deep cranberry ground. It runs the length of the rail cover, finished with a soft white ruffle along the bottom edge and tiny white ties. Underneath, a gathered farmhouse crib skirt in plain white keeps the whole thing from tipping into too much, and two oversized white bows tie onto the posts. Red and white, deer and snow — it reads Christmas from the doorway and still reads woodland in February.

Good to Know:

• If you'd like a monogram, we'd put it on the white bows or the white skirt rather than on the printed rail cover — stitching disappears into a print this busy. Tell us which piece at checkout and we'll place it where it will actually show
• The rail cover is ruffled and the skirt is gathered farmhouse, so the two silhouettes soften each other — the print carries the drama, the white pieces carry the calm
• Red and white with deer and snowflakes reads gender neutral, and works for a Christmas nursery, a woodland nursery, or a baby's first Christmas photos
• The bows leave the nursery too — wreath sashes, stair banisters, gift wrapping and hospital door hangers

Fits: The crib rail cover rests over the top rail of the crib only. It does not go inside the crib and does not cover the crib sides, slats, or interior openings. Made for a standard crib; leave a note at checkout for a mini crib or a different drop length.

Made to Order: Sewn when you order, in our Alabama studio.

A standard crib mattress is 28" × 52", and our pieces are cut to match it — 52" long rail covers, 28" short rail covers, and fitted sheets sized to that mattress. If your crib takes a standard mattress, no measuring is needed.

Crib skirt drops — farmhouse skirts are 20", ruffled skirts are 22". To find your drop, measure from just under the mattress support straight down toward the floor. Want a different length? Tell us your measurement at checkout and we'll make it to that, at no extra charge.

Rail cover drape — approximately 20" down each side of the rail, inside and out.

Mini cribs — sheets fit a 24" × 38" mattress, and most pieces can be made in mini sizing on request.

Every piece is made from 100% cotton sourced from American mills — no synthetic blends, no flame-retardant treatments, no chemical finishes.

Pre-washed before we cut. Every yard is washed and dried in our studio before a single piece is cut, so your bedding arrives already soft and won't shrink on you at home. That relaxed, lived-in texture is the washed cotton at work — and it irons or steams to a crisp finish if you prefer that look.

Washing — machine wash cold on gentle, separately. Skip bleach and fabric softener; both break down natural cotton over time.

Drying — tumble dry on medium, separately. A quick toss in the dryer is the easiest way to release wrinkles between uses.

Ironing — optional, on medium heat. Avoid starch sprays. A handheld steamer works well too.

Every piece is sewn to order in our Alabama studio, so nearly every detail can be changed.

Color changes — swap any color on any product: ruffles, cording, accents, bows, ties, or the body of the piece itself. Mix and match across a set however you like. Most color changes are free of charge.

Monograms and personalization — add initials, a name, or a meaningful date, with your choice of font and thread color. $30 per piece.

Style and sizing — prefer a tailored look without ruffles? Need mini crib sizing? Both are available on request.
