Baby Pink Farmhouse Crib Skirt & 2 Bows Set
Sewn to order in our Alabama studio — nearly any color, size, or detail can be changed, most at no extra charge. Don't see what you need as an option? Leave a note at checkout: a different color, a different skirt drop, or mini crib sizing.
Pairs Well With
A soft pink skirt to the floor and two long sashes at the posts — the two pieces that make a crib look finished, and the fastest way to get there.
Baby Pink is our truest pink: clean and cool rather than peachy, the one most people picture when they say pink. The skirt gathers softly all the way around at a 20-inch drop, so it falls in real folds rather than hanging flat, and it covers the springs, the frame and whatever ends up stored underneath. The two sashes arrive as long lengths of the same washed cotton — you tie them to the size and fullness you want, which is why no two cribs end up looking quite the same.
What's Included:
- (1) four-sided gathered farmhouse crib skirt in baby pink — 20-inch finished drop, fits a standard crib mattress
- (2) large baby pink bows — each arrives as a long sash you tie to your preferred size and fullness
Details:
- 100% pre-washed cotton — soft, breathable, machine washable
- Farmhouse skirt construction — softly gathered all the way around, not pleated
- The skirt deck lays flat between the mattress and the platform, so it stays put through a 2am sheet change
- Fits a standard convertible crib, including Jenny Lind and turned-spindle styles
- Any color can be changed; mini crib sizing and custom drops available — leave a note at checkout
- Handmade to order in Alabama
Good to Know:
- A crib skirt goes by several names — crib dust ruffle, crib bed skirt, nursery bed skirt — and this is that piece
- Baby Pink and Ballet Slipper are our two soft pinks and they are not the same. Baby Pink is a clean, cool pink; Ballet Slipper leans peachy. Order a swatch of both if you are matching a paint color or a piece of furniture
- Farmhouse means gathered rather than pleated — a soft, full skirt instead of a flat tailored one
- The sashes work well outside the nursery — hospital door hangers, curtain tie-backs, wreaths and newborn photo props
- A matching crib rail cover is available separately, and the three pieces are also offered together as a set
Care: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
Coordinates With:
- This skirt and bows with a matching ruffled crib rail cover — the full three-piece set
- Baby pink farmhouse nursery curtains — the same soft pink, carried up to the windows
- Baby pink ruffled nursery curtains — the same pink with a ruffle down the leading edge
- Baby pink fitted crib sheet
- Baby pink large crib bow — add a third and fourth for the back posts
- Baby pink farmhouse crib skirt — the skirt on its own
- Pink Crib Bedding — everything in the pink family
Made to Order: Sewn when you order, in our Alabama studio.
A standard crib mattress is 28" × 52", and our pieces are cut to match it — 52" long rail covers, 28" short rail covers, and fitted sheets sized to that mattress. If your crib takes a standard mattress, no measuring is needed.
Crib skirt drops — farmhouse skirts are 20", ruffled skirts are 22". To find your drop, measure from just under the mattress support straight down toward the floor. Want a different length? Tell us your measurement at checkout and we'll make it to that, at no extra charge.
Rail cover drape — approximately 20" down each side of the rail, inside and out.
Mini cribs — sheets fit a 24" × 38" mattress, and most pieces can be made in mini sizing on request.
Antique, imported, or non-standard crib? Send us your measurements — everything is cut to order.
Every piece is made from 100% cotton sourced from American mills — no synthetic blends, no flame-retardant treatments, no chemical finishes.
Pre-washed before we cut. Every yard is washed and dried in our studio before a single piece is cut, so your bedding arrives already soft and won't shrink on you at home. That relaxed, lived-in texture is the washed cotton at work — and it irons or steams to a crisp finish if you prefer that look.
Washing — machine wash cold on gentle, separately. Skip bleach and fabric softener; both break down natural cotton over time.
Drying — tumble dry on medium, separately. A quick toss in the dryer is the easiest way to release wrinkles between uses.
Ironing — optional, on medium heat. Avoid starch sprays. A handheld steamer works well too.
Every piece is sewn to order in our Alabama studio, so nearly every detail can be changed.
Color changes — swap any color on any product: ruffles, cording, accents, bows, ties, or the body of the piece itself. Mix and match across a set however you like. Most color changes are free of charge.
Monograms and personalization — add initials, a name, or a meaningful date, with your choice of font and thread color. $30 per piece.
Style and sizing — prefer a tailored look without ruffles? Need mini crib sizing? Both are available on request.
