Safe-sleep note: The crib rail cover in this set rests over the top rail of the crib only. It does not go inside the crib and does not cover the crib sides, slats, or interior openings.
The calmest nursery in the house starts right here — our oatmeal crib rail cover and crib skirt set, handcrafted from premium washed cotton in our Alabama studio.
Soft, warm, and gender neutral, oatmeal is the shade that makes everything around it feel gathered and quiet. The rail cover is softly filled with quilt batting for a beautiful, pillowy fullness, and the tailored crib skirt finishes the crib from top to bottom — all in the same warm oatmeal, equally at home in a baby boy's nursery or a baby girl's. Personalization is available for a monogrammed keepsake.
Set Includes:
• (1) oatmeal crib rail cover for the top rail of the crib's long side — softly filled with quilt batting, with matching fabric ties for styling
• (1) four-sided oatmeal tailored crib skirt — 20-inch finished drop with tailored pleats and corner wraps that hug the crib legs, fits a standard crib mattress
Details:
• Shown in Oatmeal — a warm, gender neutral solid, perfect for boys and girls alike
• Available in any color combination — mix and match rail cover and skirt colors
• 100% washed cotton — soft from day one, machine washable
• Optional monogram personalization — please double-check spelling, as monograms are sewn exactly as entered
• Hand cut and hand sewn in our Alabama studio — no factories, no shortcuts

Every piece is sewn to order in our Alabama studio, so nearly every detail can be changed.
Color changes — swap any color on any product: ruffles, cording, accents, bows, ties, or the body of the piece itself. Mix and match across a set however you like. Most color changes are free of charge.
Monograms and personalization — add initials, a name, or a meaningful date, with your choice of font and thread color. $30 per piece.
Style and sizing — prefer a tailored look without ruffles? Need mini crib sizing? Both are available on request.
How to order: add your pieces to the cart, then leave your requests in the notes field at checkout. Forgot? Email customercare@highcottontextile.com with your order number before we begin sewing.
Not sure about a color? We always recommend ordering swatches first.
Every piece is made from 100% cotton sourced from American mills — no synthetic blends, no flame-retardant treatments, no chemical finishes.
Pre-washed before we cut. Every yard is washed and dried in our studio before a single piece is cut, so your bedding arrives already soft and won't shrink on you at home. That relaxed, lived-in texture is the washed cotton at work — and it irons or steams to a crisp finish if you prefer that look.
Washing — machine wash cold on gentle, separately. Skip bleach and fabric softener; both break down natural cotton over time.
Drying — tumble dry on medium, separately. A quick toss in the dryer is the easiest way to release wrinkles between uses.
Ironing — optional, on medium heat. Avoid starch sprays. A handheld steamer works well too.
