Ruffled nursery valance is lined with standard drapery lining and has a ruffle detail along the entire bottom. Curtain is made with a rod pocket which provides a sweet self-gathering ruffle along the top. Valance may also be used with clip rings. Ruffled curtains are completely handmade with a 100% cotton fabric. Window treatments are shown in baby blue, but can be made in any color by selecting your color preference using the drop-down menu. The curtain shown in photos has a finished measurement of 60” width x 25” length. This 100% washed cotton fabric and ruffled style window curtain is perfect for any farmhouse decor in any room.
